在新冠後遺症中,有人會有不同程度失眠困擾,導致日間精神渙散,難以集中。註冊中醫師林家揚在「醫藝同行 Eli Care」facebook專頁發文,解釋失眠病症:經常睡眠減少、不易入睡、易醒、醒後不能再睡,甚至徹夜不眠。林醫師提出可嘗試的調護方法,幫助緩解困擾。

林醫師解釋,新冠康復者會因疫病傷神或感染後受驚而鬱怒,可傷膽或生成肝火,影響睡眠。失眠患者有分寒、濕、熱三類情況,其中再細分爲6種體質,包括:

2. 茶飲
- 菊薰茉莉茶:清熱、平肝明目;幫助穩定情緒、理氣、放鬆神經。不宜晚上飲用。
- 桑椹洛神百香茶:滋陰潤燥、清熱降火、疏肝解鬱
- 甘麥大棗茶:益氣養血、安神
3. 浸足藥方
- 安神藥方
材料:磁石、龍骨、牡蠣、白芍各一兩;痰濕重加石菖蒲5錢
做法:煎45-60分鐘
適用人群:心煩多夢、易躁、易醒難入睡人士
- 補氣養心藥方
材料:龍骨、雞血藤、首烏籐、酸棗仁、白芍各一兩
做法:煎40分鐘
適用人群:易倦易受驚、臥床睡不好人士
